"Enchanted Spiritz" is a member of the "Gaelic Dreams Imports" family of web sites and specializes in New Age, Holistic and Metaphysical products. Every product we carry is guaranteed to be as described and warranted against manufacturer defects.

What We Offer

We have searched the world to offer a great mix of merchandise that covers all aspects of the New Age Holistic movement while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and value. New products are added frequently so be sure to bookmark the main page to have easy access to this site. Inquireries and special orders are always welcome. If what you are looking for is not shown on this site please feel free to contact us and we will then advise you as to the product availability and the costs.

Herbal Products

All of the herbal products listed in the Natural Health Care and Natural Pet Care are certified to have passed the requirements as set forth by Federal Department of Agriculture and or Federal Food & Drug Administration to be classified as Organic and or suitable for human consumption. All other herbs and remedies are sold for the purpose of crafting, burning or smudging purposes and no claim is made to thier effectiveness beyond that as stated by the manufacturer or distributor. EnchantedSpiritz.com advises all to use Caution when ingesting any non food substance. Each package is clearly marked as to its intended purpose.

The Shopping Cart

To use this site simply select the category from the list at the left of each page. Once the page opens scroll down to the product desired and simply click on the "Buy Now" button. The merchandise is then added to the shopping cart which is secured by the highest available security protocols and SSL 128bit secure socket layering and double fire walls. All credit card and personal information are then encrypted and transmitted via a secure connection to our offices. No personal information is ever stored on the main servers.

Shipping Times

Most orders can be processed within 48-72 hours, however at times the supplies of certain items may require a longer period. If we are out of stock of a particular item and expect it back instock in a matter of days we will hold the order and fill it as the merchandise arrives. This applies mostly to the herbal products as our supplier cuts and packages them fresh and sometimes the harvest may be late due to the whether. By doing this we can offer you the best product available.

In situations where the availability of a product will take longer then 7-10 days to arrive to you we will notify you of the shortage and may ask if you would like to substitute a similar product. In no case will the order be held for more the 10 days without notifying you. Special orders for items that are not routinely stocked may take up to 4-8 weeks for them to arrive. Items that are out of stock will not be back ordered. You will not be charged for items that are not shipped with your initial order.

Refunds & Exchanges

To exchange an item for one of a different size or variety please contact Customer Service to gain authorization. Though we rarely have to refund a purchase we will do so in the case of manufacturing defects or damage caused during shipping. To receive a refund you will need to return the merchandise in the condition it arrived along with the original shipping container, within 10 days.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable and are the responsibility of the consumer. Before returning any item please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number. If the item was indeed damaged in shipping contact the common carrier, usually UPS or USPS, first as they would have the obligation of replacement. Merchandise returned without authorization and or lack of defect will be charged a restocking fee equal to 25% of the order and a store credit will be issued. No cash refunds are issued.

Payment Options

We currently offer two modes of payment, by using the secure shopping cart or direct order by US mail. You may also place an order by phone during normal business hours. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards.

Please note that credit card orders may not be shipped to PO boxes due to the need of a signature confirmation being required. Direct Debit cards that carry the Visa or Master card symbol are also accepted.

You may also send your order to the following address along with the appropriate payment. Payments in this form can be by personal check, US Postal money order, Bank draft check or credit card. When paying by credit card be sure to include the following information...
